Machine Reading Design Colors Incorrectly

OESD is a proud distributor of Isacord thread and our digitizers enjoy using all 423 colors of thread that are available to them. However, most embroidery machine manufacturers do not include all 423 colors in their machine's programming. The average number of threads programmed is around 220 colors, which means when your machine is reading the design, it has to convert the color programmed into one that the machine has available. This means that you will often see colors listed that do not match the design.

For this reason, we always recommend that you use the included thread chart. Your machine will accurately separate the design steps, so by using the thread chart that we provide, your design will stitch out correctly.
