Shipping Information
Physical Product Delivery:
I placed an order for a product that will ship to me. When will I receive it?
We do our best to ship all products within 24-48 business hours. Some orders may be delayed however due to back-order stock, office closures for holidays, weather, etc. If you have not received your email with shipping details in the above time frame, please email us for an update at support@oesd.com.
How will my order be shipped?
We use the US Postal Service and UPS. We will use the shipping method that you chose when making your purchase. This option is located in the Cart section of our website.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Shipping Charges
USPS is a flat-rate of $5.00 and usually takes 5 - 10 business days to be delivered. UPS is the Ground rate of $9.99 and usually takes 3 - 5 business days.
My order was never delivered. What now?
It doesn’t happen often, but every now and then a shipment is lost or damaged. Should this occur, please let us know by sending an email to support@oesd.com We’ll contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue immediately.
International Shipping
We welcome international orders for downloadable products. If you are ordering from outside the United States, any of our thousands of downloadable designs are available to you. Simply make your purchase, and an email with download instructions will be sent to you. Unfortunately, we do not ship physical products outside of the United States at this time.
Downloadable Product Delivery:
When I place an order for a product download, how soon can I get it?
You’ll receive an email with download instructions just a few minutes after you place your order. However, you do not need the email to access your digital purchases. Within a few minutes of finishing your transaction, you'll be able to find your digital designs in the My Designs section of your account.
I need to download my product again. Can I do that?
Absolutely. Your product will always be available for download from this website. You’ll find it in “My Designs” in your account administration area.
I can’t open the file I downloaded. What should I do?
Many times, customers do not have embroidery software in their computers, so opening your design is not something that your computer can do without corresponding software. Simply drag and drop the design files onto your USB stick that is plugged into your computer. However, if you have done this and your designs are not opening up on your embroidery machine, please send an email to support@oesd.com and we’ll be happy to help.
