Shipping Information

Physical Product Delivery:

I placed an order for a product that will ship to me. When will I receive it?

As a small business we work hard to deliver our product as quick as possible. We ship all in-stock products within 36 to 48 business hours. During promotional periods, we experience higher order volume and orders may be delayed. When orders are delayed, we appreciate your patience and your continued support of our small business.

How will my order be shipped?

We use the US Postal Service and UPS. You may select your shipping method at checkout. In some circumstances, we will select the best method based on your purchases and delivery address.

We currently ship products from warehouses in Oklahoma and North Carolina. If there are products in your order that are located in different warehouses, you will receive two separate shipments.

If there are items in your order that are on backorder status, those items will be shipped later, when they are back in stock.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Please note that on rare occasions, the shipping provider may not scan your package upon pickup and your tracking information will be delayed, however in most cases it is already in transit and on its way to you.

Shipping Charges

Whether you are purchasing 1 roll of stabilizer or all 423 colors of Isacord, take advantage of our flat rate shipping options and save even more when you stock up! We provide two shipping options:

  • USPS is a $6.95 flat rate shipping on orders and typically takes around 7 – 10 Business days to deliver once it is picked up from our warehouse.
  • UPS is a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge and is a speedier option, typically taking 2 – 7 Business days to deliver once it is picked up from our warehouse.

My order was never delivered. What now?

In some rare instances, USPS may take up to 2 weeks to deliver your package. If at the end of that timeframe, you still have not received your order please contact us at support@oesd.com We'll contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue immediately.

International Shipping

We welcome international orders for downloadable products. If you are ordering from outside the United States, any of our thousands of downloadable designs are available to you. Simply make your purchase, and an email with download instructions will be sent to you. Unfortunately, we do not ship physical products outside of the United States.
