How to Activate Your Software

If you have purchased software previously from DIME by OESD, skip to #1 and follow the instructions to activate your software.

If you are new to DIME by OESD software, all DIME software is housed inside our Embroidery Tool Shed (ETS) product. You can access each software title from within that program, so there is no need to flip back and forth between different programs; they are available to you in one convenient interface. Use the links below to download Embroidery Tool Shed for Windows or Mac.

Once downloaded, install ETS by extracting the files from the zip folder.  Look for either mac_setup or win_setup and follow the prompts.

Once Embroidery Tool Shed (ETS) has been installed, you will need to register the software you purchased. Follow these steps:

1. Open Embroidery Tool Shed
2. Go to the green shopping cart on the bottom right of the screen
3. Click on the arrow to the left of one of the section titles; these are based on the software type.
4. Once you have found your software title, to the left you will see an ellipsis menu notated by 3 dots ... click on that and then click on activate
5. Follow the prompts to activate your software.  You will need the serial number you were provided when you purchased the software.
6. Restart ETS

If you see a yellow checkmark to the right of the software title, then it is activated.
